It's that time of the year again...2010 tryouts are here!

On the left sidebar of this page you'll find information about tryouts -- everything from frequently asked questions to reminders on what to bring and wear. 

Below you'll find the tryout schedule for each particular player age.  

Here is a generic financial prospectus for the 2010 season -- CLICK HERE.  This estimates the registration and team fees for the 2010 season.  Please note each team has variable costs they determine and manage.  Each coach at tryouts will have a team prospectus to share with interested players and families -- their prospectus will include an estimate of their particular team's 2010 fees.

All tryouts are held at Railhead Park -- Auburn, CA

In addition to tryouts, there is an open Play Day for U9-U14 players.  The Play Day is Saturday, February 20th, at Railhead park, 10:00AM - 12:00PM and 1:00PM - 3:00PM.  The purpose of the Play Day is to re-engage with soccer, meet members of 49er United, and have a relaxing time on the pitch before tryouts begin the following week.

2010 Tryouts

How to dress

Players are asked to wear a white tee-shirt and comfortable running shorts. Please leave all 49er United and other club clothing at home.

Gear you need to bring

  • Ball
  • Cleats
  • Shin guards (covered with socks)
  • Water
